Happy Teacher's Day, Vacations & What not

Happy teachers Day to all Teachers this side of the planet or any others that share the same teacher’s day as us! Today is the official teacher’s day though we had celebrations yesterday in school. Today also marks the beginning of the 3^rd term vacation which lasts for a week – not long enough then again vacations are never long enough well anyways IT’S VACATION TIME!!!!!! Yay .. time to rest relax and do all the fun stuff or so I thought ;)) ..

Anyways.. I just wanted to congratulate a fellow teacher Ti & a 360 friend Din aka slowjack on their solemnization ceremony which will be held this afternoon. May everything go smoothly and the union a blessed one filled with abundance blessings, lots of love and the sweet stuff that comes with the union of marriage till the end of time –Insya Allah.

I just got back from delivering a wedding cake – today was a simple 4 tier white wedding cake with pink roses. Its one of my many favorites from the collection. This cake order was a little different because instead of the bride coming to order it some months back, the groom came instead which is rare cause lets face it women are more in tune to these things than men are ;)) …

The hula girl on this blog entry is an indication of where I would like to rather be right now – an island far away wearing only a hula skirt and coconuts ;)) sipping coconut water and getting tanned swimming in the ocean – ahhh sheer bliss heehee.. as much as I am an island girl living on an island state I would love to go somewhere where there is no sign of the city in sigh – just sheer tropical paradise. A short getaway to Rawa Island sounds so darn good right about now. Its got clear blue waters, away from civilization yet close enough to home – what more could I ask for? Hmmmmmmmmm *grin*
